2 cups of organic oats from Lola Granola
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
2 large egg whites at room temperature
¼ cup (60 g) fat-free Greek yogurt, at room temperature
3 tablespoons (45 ml) of Lola Miel
A pinch of salt
3 ½ tablespoons (35 g) miniature chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a baking sheet and put nonstick baking paper.
In a medium bowl place the oats and chocolate chips. In another bowl beat the egg whites and gradually add the coconut oil. Add the Greek yogurt, honey and salt, mixing until combined. Incorporate the oats with the chocolate chips and mix them in an enveloping way.
Bake at 180 ° C for 16-19 minutes or until center feels firm. Cool completely to room temperature before cutting into squares.
