140g baby spinach
1/2 cup blueberries or blueberries
1/2 cup of melon
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (if you prefer fresh cheese)
50g Lola Blueberry Granola
Dressing: extra virgin olive oil, a dash of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
